⚫ Implement local Store Design / VM strategies to enhance image and maximize sales
⚫ Provide regional visual merchandising management to ensure right direction of display material and creative installation for stores, events, and exhibitions.
⚫ Control quality of visual implementation and status of stores (Props set-up, store set up etc..) through store visits, training and regular photo analysis.
⚫ Supervise personally the setup on field (travels and overnight work) for all stores in the geographical area & others when needed or provide set up instructions via e-mail/call to store managers/VMD Ambassadors by understanding the VMD strategy, launch calendar and stock status of each store
⚫ Maintain and meet budgets for all in-store visual displays and installations.
⚫ Prepare reports for all VM activities to relevant departments in Global and local teams
⚫ Serve as point of contact for visual merchandising inquiries and resolve issues

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

小さな会社でStore Designも兼務されてきた方が望ましい、ＶＩＥ（フランス人インターン）がいるため、英語力がある方
・Business level Japanese and English
・Possess a valid diploma or certificate in graphic design or fine arts or other area related to creative fields
・Skills in PowerPoint, in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch up, and CAD is advantageous
