■Summary
グローバルデザインチームでは、日本国内・国外問わず優秀なエンジニア・エンジニアリーダーが集まるグローバル開発チームに参画し、Web / タブレット / モバイルアプリの ユーザーリサーチ、情報設計、UI デザイン、プロトタイピング等を担当していただきます。

グローバル開発チーム、グローバルデザインチームが目指しているのは所謂開発委託的なオフショア開発ではなく、国内の開発チームを引っ張るチームを目指しています。そのため、グローバルデザインチームのメンバーは、英語でコミュニケーションをとっていくだけではなく、開発チームの中で、異なる言語や文化、価値を乗り越えた関係を構築していくことに貢献していただきます。

グローバル開発を通して、ユーザーの問題解決に強い興味を持ち、世の中に新しいソリューションを打ち出すことで大きな価値を生み出す仲間を募集します

■業務内容詳細
・担当プロダクトのユーザーリサーチ、業務フローの整理や定義
・担当プロダクトのMVPを検討
・担当プロダクトの情報設計・UIデザイン
・担当プロダクトの開発チームと英語を使ったコミュニケーション

■Summary
The Global Design Team will work together with the global development team of talented engineers and engineering leaders from Japan and abroad, responsible for user research, information architect, UI design, prototyping, etc. for web, tablet, and mobile apps.

The goal of the Global Development Team and the Global Design Team is not so-called outsourced offshore development, but to be a team that leads the domestic development team. Therefore, the Global Design Team members will not only communicate in English, but also contribute to building relationships within the development team that overcome different languages, cultures, and values!

We are looking for people who have a strong interest in solving users' problems through global development and create great value by launching new solutions to the world.

・要件に対する機能や画面の設計ができる
・ワーディングに対するある程度の知見がある
・Webアプリケーション、モバイルアプリ、WebサイトのUIデザインの実務経験
・デザイン仕様書を作ることができる
　作ったデザインを客観的に他の人に説明できる
・HTMLやCSSへの理解があり、実装のことを考慮しながら設計ができる
■調査・評価
・UIデザインのヒューリスティック評価ができる
■取り組む姿勢
・トライ&エラーを繰り返しながら進めることができる
・1人で抱え込まずに、早い段階で周りの人を巻き込みながら進めることができる
・チーム全体でデザインしていくことにモチベーションがある
・プロダクトマネージャー、開発チーム、ビジネスメンバーとも積極的にコミュニケーションがとれる

・ユーザーストーリーの構築
■設計スキル
・デジタルプロダクトやB2Bプロダクトにおける情報設計の実務経験が豊富にある
　オブジェクトモデリングができる
　仕様説明としてのワイヤーフレームが作成できる
・アクセシビリティに関する知識、実践経験がある
・デザインシステムに関する知識、実践経験がある
・フロントエンドへの理解があり、どうやって実装するべきかをエンジニアと会話できる
■調査・評価
・ユーザビリティテストの実施経験（ユーザーにプロトタイプに触れてもらい、タスクを実行できるか評価すること）
・調査・分析・提案経験（プロダクトの利用ログなどから調査を行い、デザイン提案ができること）

Minimum qualifications (Must)
■Requirement definition
・Willingness to understand users and workflow
■Design Skills
・Ability to design features and screens for requirements
・Has some knowledge of wording
・Working experience in web applications, mobile applications, and websites UI designs
・Able to create design specifications
　Be able to objectively explain the design you have created to others
・Have an understanding of HTML and CSS, and can design while considering implementation
■Research / Evaluation
・Ability to evaluate heuristics for UI design
■Attitude towards work
・Can proceed through trial and error
・Can move forward while involving the people around at an early stage without having to deal with it alone
・Motivated to design with the whole team
・Proactively communicate with product managers, development team and business members

・Japanese

Preferred qualifications (Want)
■Requirement definition
・Experience in conducting user modeling such as personas and journey maps
・User Story Building
■Design Skills
・Extensive practical experience in information design for digital and B2B products
　Able to do object modeling
　Ability to create wireframes as specification descriptions
・Knowledge of accessibility and practical experience
・Knowledge and practical experience with design systems
・Have an understanding of the front end and be able to converse with engineers on how it should be implemented
■Research / Evaluation
・Experience conducting usability testing (having users interact with the prototype and evaluating its ability to perform tasks)
・Experience in research / analysis / proposal (must be able to conduct research and make design proposals based on product usage logs, etc.)
■Attitude towards work
・Motivated to contribute to team building with a global perspective
