・Assist with product sales and business promotion by designing and creating marketing materials that are consistent with OUR brand concept, and that meet the purpose and needs of the target customers.
　- Plan, create, edit and print product catalogs and membership magazines (Living Magazine, Leadership Magazine, etc.) as well as content and materials that meet the market needs of the customers.
　- Develop and plan copywriting and sales promotion tools based on the brand concept of products, especially new products.
　- Plan other sales promotion tools (product literature, newsletters, presentations, localization of US materials, etc.)
　- Create a PR Release
・Set a production schedule for assigned tasks and create tools to fit the purpose by the deadline.
・Manage all the production process from developing and proposing plans for printed materials generated by sales promotion plans for other departments and the US headquarters and proofreading content (ensuring consistency with OUR concept, checking consistency of terminology, etc.) to printing.
　- Develop plans for production and reprinting of sales promotion tools (e.g., brochures) and various documents (e.g., sign-up kits) planned and managed by other departments.
　- Proofread and make printing plans for localized guides (sourcing tools, etc.) provided by the US headquarters.
・Proofread, rewrite, and write documents for newsletters, SNS content, product materials, presentations, and business tools to ensure consistency of terminology and correct and appropriate Japanese language expression.
・Provide opportunities for feedback from related teams, departments, and customers on the sales promotion tools produced, to gather feedback on usability, areas for improvement, and customer requests, and use them as materials for consideration when creating the next materials.

経験・スキル

・Bachelor’s Degree preferred
・Must have sufficient skills and experience in editorial production (including print) and writing for advertising or commercial publications to embody design and appropriate expression
・Understand the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act, Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, and other relevant laws and regulations related to marketing and appropriately use them in work.
・Have the Japanese language skills and expertise to correctly understand and correctly communicate the doTERRA brand and use it in work.
・Have a good understanding and knowledge of business and membership activities, product information (essential oils, cosmetics, and supplements), etc.
・Able to manage oneself, being aware of deadlines and arrangements based on production policies, and willing to make appropriate internal adjustments with other departments and
handle paperwork related to the production assigned.
・Always be cost-conscious and able to negotiate quoted amounts, etc. according to budget.
・Have an ability to consider, care for, and cooperate with other departments and teams during the production process.
・Have an ability to manage production schedules and costs properly.
・Have a willingness to improve knowledge, collect useful information, and use it in the production of sales promotion tools.
・Communicate appropriately and smoothly to promote interdepartmental collaboration
・High level of interest and sense in Japanese expressions, intermediate level or above in English (Reading/Writing: able to read and correctly understand the content, especially the original text)
・Working level or above in Microsoft Office software (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint), basic knowledge of Adobe software
・Have an excellent ability to manage multi-task
・Must have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as to work independently
・Creative and visual mindset and Self-motivated
