TASKS/RESPONSABILITIES:
• Work closely with E-com Manager to prepare the best monthly commercial calendar according to JP timeline and brands strategy and define the newsletters calendar and website updates.
• Be aligned about the brands strategy and commercial timeline cooperating with E-commerce Manager, Brand Managers and Country Manager (attending weekly meetings with all Depts concerned)
• Fully responsible of FALCONERI and CALZEDONIA brands (planning, organisation, coordination and management of JP CLZ & FLC websites)
o Translation from English to Japanese of weekly website content updates and newsletters (HQ proposal)
o Monthly translation and creation of SEO contents for SEO optimization purposes (monthly calls with SEO agency)
o Monthly search bar optimization – identify words that did not give any result and improve the search bar results
o Copywriting creation in Japanese for local initiatives (e.g. Local events newsletters)
o Establish and keep excellent communication with Italy HQ regarding the planning and organization of JP website in order to have everything live as planned
o Daily check of the website in order to spot any mistake and report it immediately
o Stock check (according to tranches arrivals and calendar) in order to be ready for all the events of the month (cooperate with warehouse for CLZ and salesforce for FLC)
o Take care of any FLC/CLZ brand-related requests coming from salesforce or other Depts
• Cooperation with Digital team in order to be 100% aligned in all channels
• Be aligned and aware of the websites’ performance checking weekly/monthly reports
• Propose proactively any improvements that can be made to the website and to our services, in order to be competitive in the market
• Constant analysis of our JP competitors
• Help warehouse operations if needed in particularly busy periods (no more than once every 2 weeks/once a month)

経験・スキル

REQUIREMENTS:
• Knowledge of Office tools: Word, Power Point, Excel
• Native in Japanese and fluent in English
• Good translations skills from English into Japanese (copywriting skills are a plus)
• Experience with using Jira is a plus
• Quick on your feet, independent and proactive
• Organized and methodic

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree
EXPERIENCE:
No specific experience is mandatory, but a background in digital e-commerce world or in the fashion industry is a plus. Experience with copywriting is an advantage, too.
