The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service when responding to customer inquiries, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and providing sales support for an International Threat Intelligence Company. The ISR will work to increase sales and generate leads, and will report to the Marketing Director overseas.
Responsibilities
• Develop relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads
• Identify and evaluate new markets and customer needs
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
• Present the company’s products and services in a professional and persuasive manner
• Utilize CRM software to track, manage, and report on customer interactions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Participate in trade shows and conferences to increase company exposure
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and pricing
• Maintain a strong knowledge of current industry trends

- 経験・スキル
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• Previous sales and customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - 学歴
