•To take care for the health and safety of Shiga’s employees as well as for environmental protection
•To identify and evaluate the needs to ensure HSE compliance with Shiga/Japan local laws and regulations, on a regular basis
•To delegate the duties and define the tasks according to local procedure(e.g. Management of Change, regular maintenance
and inspection, environmental controls), programs or systems in compliance with Shiga/Japan local regulations and
international standards
•To ensure through selection, training, supervision and performance assessment, that employees accepting HSE
responsibilities have necessary qualification and competencies to assume the delegated duties

Required:

•A minimum of 3 years of HSE management experience
•Familiar with country HSE legal requirement like environment protection, occupation health, firefighting and Explosion
protection
