• Analytical support for all activities and processes of the Investor Relations department developing and implementation of various investor relation initiatives while supporting the overall business strategy
• Responsibilities include analyzing relevant financial, operational and other related data as well as competitive and market data to contribute to a unified investor relations narrative
• Maintain consensus model with Virtua including collection of analyst models pre and post quarter (and when any model changes occur intra quarter); detailed analysis of model changes through the platform; identify areas where the street is significantly different from internal view; manage, summarize and run reports in conjunction with the FP&A team that will be helpful for senior management
• Work cooperatively with FP&A, Accounting and other internal business partners to help support the quarterly earnings process and preparation of management for quarterly presentations to investment community
• Assist in the drafting of quarterly earnings call scripts, press releases, presentations and other ad hoc IR related material by pulling key information and drafting relevant communications
• Maintain IR calendar as part of more comprehensive Corporate Communications Council calendar to ensure announcement timing is in synch with investor communications

経験・スキル

• Experience either in Investor Relations within corporate; OR experience of corporate finance, equity research, investment banking, securities sales, securitization or related to the above background
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical modeling (i.e. advanced Excel skills) and communication skills
• Professional maturity to engage with C-level staff and highly confidential company information
• Ability to independently engage with cross-functional team members on a regular basis
• Fluent in Japanese and business level English is required
