Mission Statement:
Coordinate the service job activities and ensure cost of sales before issuing invoice.
Plan and execute various Service activities both off and on site by close collaboration with Workshop Leaders.
Responsible for ensuring safe working environment for service engineers both on and off site by close collaboration with Workshop Leaders.
Responsible for leading and planning and ensuring execution of MMA, Turbo Life cycle Care, etc. agreement service job orders.
To build up relationships with customers through excellent performance to get high levels of customer satisfaction.
