• Lead the IPO preparation activities for the USA market
• Establish and improve current accounting and internal control policies, internal systems and processes in line with USGAAP and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission requirements
• Supervise the quarterly and annual accounting and reporting closing of all group companies
• Work collaboratively with the executive team to help develop the strategic plan
• Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders of the business
• Identify and address financial opportunities and risks for the company

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in accounting
• US CPA required
• At minimum business level English level (speaking/ listening/ writing/ reading)
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills; well-grounded in US GAAP
• Self-motivated, dedicated and driven to achieve results/goal oriented.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
