SUMMARY:
- You will be a leader in providing guidance for operational support in IT Service Management Processes and ServiceNow support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and evaluate ITSM documentation
- Proactively search for problems and answers in ITSM processes
- Create KPIs and reports to show effectiveness in areas of improvements of systems

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years' of experience in incident, problem and change management
- Understanding of ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Understanding of ITIL
- Business level of English and Japanese
