【Mission】
Highly motivated and charismatic Business Leader with a mission to
・develop deep customer relationships and intimacy
・develop and grow profitably company’s share of wallet

【Responsibilities】
・Profitable growth and increase the share of wallet
・Gain access with the customer at different levels
・Define a differentiated company value propositions for the customer
・Define a clear account strategy that embraces the full portfolio of company
・Identify and manage the pipeline of opportunities
・Take ownership of customer issues
・Management of internal stakeholders to obtain right level of support fro delivering the strategy and superior customer satisfaction
・Build and lead a team of Key Account Managers and Sales Specialists

This job might be for you if:
Demonstrated experience selling professional services in the energy or renewable industries to industrial and/or commercial clients; experience and knowledge from working within the energy, sustainability or environmental industry is strongly preferred.
Self-starter; able to rapidly comprehend client demands and company solutions, and to align the two to ensure sales performance at or above assigned levels.
Proven track record of being successful in all elements of a consultative sales role
Ability and willingness to perform tasks related to lead generation, when needed, to fill the pipeline
Persistence in follow up of leads and movement of prospects through the sales cycle
Interfacing and presenting to all management levels at Fortune 500 companies
Prior experience working with complex sales cycles (up to 6 months)
Prior experience selling high within an organization (C Suite) ? Strong closing ability; past experience closing large deals each month
Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Computer literate in a Microsoft Office environment (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce.com CRM system
Travel required to support sales activity (up to 50%)
Bachelors degree required
Fluency in Japanese (JLPT 1) and English (TOEIC 800) is required to communicate with various stakeholders both locally and globally - 学歴
