・ Develop and execute both shot-term and long-term IR strategies overseen by IR Department Manager for the realization of fair value in the capital market.
・ Together with the IR Department Manager craft/develop earnings presentation, script, and any other relevant materials.
・ Responsible to plan, manage & execute IR events (earnings release / presentation schedule, conference, sell-side analyst meetings, overseas NDR).
・ Supervise qualitative description of kessan tanshin and other disclosure and publishing materials.N2

Stakeholder Interactions and others:
・ Together with the IR Department Head, lead sell-side and buy-side interactions, including meetings, conference calls, investor conferences, road shows, individual investor events.
・ Lead the collection and analysis of investor perceptions and feedback, gauge sell-side analyst sentiment and monitoring of analyst reports. Provide input to management in a timely manner regarding market “voice and feedback”.
・ Monitor the share price and industry movements and provide insights to management.
・ Supervise the creation of letter to individual shareholders and annual review.
・ Lead cross functional activities with relevant functions to strengthen disclosure, including but not exclusive to CSV/ESG.
・ Establish external and internal network and leverage the network for improving the IR quality and disclosures.
・ People development: Identify and provide training and development opportunities for IR staff as well as settling and evaluation of goals and performance as well as appropriately assign job duties based on capability and career plans.

経験・スキル

【MUST】
・Strong understanding of financials and accounting (must be able to have active communication with senior management and sell-side analysts and investors)
・First-hand experience and knowledge of equity market of over 5 years is a must (either as IR, Buy-side, Sell-side)
・Strong communication skills in English and Japanese, in both verbal and written

【WANT】
・CFA / CPA / MBA equivalent
・Experience in team management
・Experience in creating financial discloses / filings or press releases (PR)
・Experience in using external vendors for even organization (earnings call)
・Skills to create effective presentation slides
