Manage a team of engineers to achieve project goals: recruit and training, allocate resource, plan and control schedule, set goals and conduct performance review, and optimize design flow and co-work model
Monitor and assist the feasibility evaluation, specification definition, circuit design, layout, post-silicon evaluation and revision, datasheet writing and release, and customer issue solving to achieve project target
Benchmark, plan, develop, and land advanced circuit technology to enhance IP/product competitiveness
Develop team members’ capability to achieve career advancement
Communicate with members in overseas organizations verbally and in written document (in English or in Chinese)
Occasionally travel to overseas sites EX: Taiwan

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

? Master's degree in electrical engineering or related field with 10~20 years of industry experience,
or equivalent practical experience
? Experience in management of teams with 10+ members
? Familiar with analog/mixed signal circuit design with experience in ADC, DAC, PGA, Analog-Front-End,
Audio Codec and Audio Amplifiers.
? Solid background in high-speed analog CMOS circuit design & familiar with SerDes mixed signal design and verification
? Familiar with power management circuit design and verification (EX: switching regulators, low dropout linear regulators,
battery management circuits) for Smartphones, IOT, automotive, and ASIC products.
