Certified B Corporation promoting a sustainable and inclusive workplace.■Role OverviewYou will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations of plant equipment, facilities, and technical assets. Leads the maintenance organization (approx. 25 headcount) and contributes to the Plant Leadership Team.■Main tasks include:・Develop and execute site maintenance strategy and preventive maintenance systems.・Manage maintenance planning, budgeting, spare parts, and CAPEX projects.・Lead, coach, and develop a team of around 25 employees (5-6 direct reports).・Drive continuous improvement using TPM/IWS methodologies to minimize downtime.・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve Safety, Quality, and Cost goals.・Participate as a core member of the Plant Leadership Team (PLT).#LI-Onsite
