Customer Desk Supply Chain at global engineering and technology company[Job details]- Work with global teams to manage orders and shipments to domestic customers. 　・Support for receiving orders, shipping, and delivery dates for each customer, backorder management, and demand 　planning [Required experience, skills, and background]- Experience in supply chain operations in the automobile and agricultural and construction machinery industries (order acceptance and delivery management, etc.)

●End-to-end order management for global customers●Communicate with global customers directly using English (mostly via email)●Quotation preparation for standard & customized orders●Fulfill order details with internal procurement staff●Packing list creation ●Communicate with logistics companies to arrange for delivery ●Solve any customs clearance issues that may arise ●Cash-in process management
