Lead tax compliance and strategic planning for a dynamic multinational in Tokyo – hybrid work model available.■About the companyOur client is a leading global player in the healthcare industry, renowned for its commitment to innovation and patient care. The Japan subsidiary offers a collaborative and supportive work environment, providing opportunities for professional growth and development within a stable and established organization.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Tax Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the tax compliance and optimization for our client's Japanese operations. You will work closely with the Head of Tax Japan and collaborate with various internal departments, including M&A, Legal, Accounting, and Strategy teams. You will be responsible for the preparation of tax returns and reports, handling tax audits, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the tax position of the assigned unit.
