IPOを目指し急成長する組織にて、コーポレート部門の強化のため、経理に関する業務をメインとして業務を行っていただきます。決算業務などの実務、開示体制の構築・強化、部門マネジメントを行っていただくマネージャーポジションです。（具体的な業務内容）・月次、四半期、年次決算・固定資産管理・会社法、金商法に基づく計算書類及び財務諸表作成・税務申告書の作成 （現在は顧問税理士に委託中、それを内製することも可）・IPO準備業務・決算短信、有価証券報告書等の開示書類作成・監査法人対応・業績予実管理、進捗管理・メンバーマネジメント・会計システムリプレイス経験（尚可）・毎月の予算実績差異の原因分析および報告・中期経営計画および年度予算の編成・取締役会の報告資料作成・資金管理および調達・新規事業の企画立案に関する事項 ・適時開示資料の作成
