Also you will be responsible for expanding brand partnerships, managing Ads and co-marketing revenue pipelines, and leading cross-functional execution.■Main tasks include:・Leading BD projects from planning to execution and analysis・Negotiating campaign structures and budgets with brand partners・Managing revenue pipelines for Ads and co-marketing initiatives・Identifying upsell opportunities to expand partnership scope・Collaborating with internal teams including Tech, Marketing, and AM・Monitoring performance metrics such as GMV, ROI, and retention#LI-Onsite#LI-KN

・Project Management: Serve as a Project Manager for project at Asian and European subsidiaries, handling project planning, progress tracking, issue and change management (including stakeholder coordination), and reporting to management.・Standardization and Organizational Support: Support the standardization of development and maintenance transfer methodologies for the project, and assist in establishing a global framework and driving horizontal deployment both domestically and internationally.・Promotion of Next-Generation DX and IT Infrastructure: Participate as a PMO in company-wide DX initiatives and SAP rollouts, collaborating with key members at headquarters, local subsidiaries, and factories to drive the implementation of next-generation IT infrastructure.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
