Core Responsibilities:•Perform standard costing using SAP HANA for Hitachi plant products.•Analyze COGS and report the analysis to Business.•Act as a consultant for Business to improve business process.•Preparation of monthly sales report.•Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing cycles including journal entries, account reconciliations.•Analyze and prepare monthly account reconciliations, including appropriate support of balances.•Maintain fixed assets records, including proper classification to ensure accurate depreciation expense.•Monitor open projects along with construction account to ensure timely capitalization•Support internal and external audit engagements.•Assist Tax Filing activities.•Improve Finance processes on financial accounting and internal control matters.•Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

ROLE SUMMARYThe Senior Director Public Affairs Japan is responsible for leading the Public Affairs function in Japan. This is a high-profile position, supporting Japan’s business leaders as well as C-suite executives. The role will provide strategic public affairs and policy leadership in Japan, promoting an environment that will enable the growth and vitality of Japan’s business and reputational interests in Japan.-The role is responsible for setting objectives, mobilizing public affairs capabilities and executing strategies to shape external change for Japan, delivering structured advocacy with relevant government leaders and stakeholders.-The role will represent the company in external forums and will direct, coordinate and execute all external lobbying activities. 職務内容：・セールス部門の戦略・戦術の策定に参画し、必要になるCRMプロセスを構築し、営業活動KPIを設定・導入する。CRMプロセスが適切に遂行されるように最適化を図る。・CRMプロセス周辺のSOPを必要に応じて改定する。・CRMプロセスを遂行するために必要なツール・アプリ・レポーティング等の構築・導入・最適化を実施する。・ビジネス形態に合ったセールスインセンティブプログラム・セールスプログラムの企画・集計をする。・CRMプロセスを理解し効果的な商談活動を遂行する為に必要なスキル習得・コーチング手法・バリューマインドセットを教育するトレーニングを企画・実施する。・フロントラインの業務効率化をプロセス改善・デジタル化・ツール導入・トレーニング実施等を通じて企画・実行する。・他部門に渡るプロジェクト等の会社のイニシアティブに参画する。

同社のDCモーター事業部産機製造部の下記①-④の品質管理全般の業務に携わって頂きます。　　　　　　こちらの部門が扱う製品は鉄道用モータ（しゃ断機用・転てつ機用モータ）、　　　　　　産業用モータ（高圧ブロワ・ブラシレスＤCモータ等）、電磁クラッチ/ブレーキとなります。①部品・工程・完成品の検査業務②品質管理システムの運用・管理・保守に関する業務③取引業者への品質審査の実施④不適合品に対する調査・対策の立案・報告書作成業務◆キャリアパスまずは部品検査、工程検査、完成検査へと製品への理解を深めるように経験を積んでいただきます。業務を通じて弊社のQMSになじんでいただき、最終的にマネジメントにも関与していただく可能性があります。国内の他工場への異動の可能性もあります。

以下の経理部門管理会計チーム(FP&A部)の業務の一部の管理・マネジメントをお願いする予定です。- 製品別損益管理・分析: コストおよび損益をトラッキングしてマネジメントにレポート・提言- 固定資産投資管理: 予算・発注・承認プロセスの管理- 部門別予算管理:　各部門のビジネスパートナーとして予算管理及び業務改善に努める上記の各業務について各拠点とのコミュニケーションを通してグローバル視点での業務改善を推進する。
