日本法人の給与計算業務を担当するPayroll Sr. Associateポジションです。Payroll Managerのもとで、月次給与・賞与・インセンティブ支給をはじめ、税務・社会保険対応、業務改善まで幅広く携わります。アウトソースベンダー、HR、Finance、APAC Payrollチームと連携しながら、正確かつ法令遵守を徹底した給与オペレーションを担います。主な業務内容：・月次給与・賞与・インセンティブの給与計算業務・入退社・勤怠・各種手当データの確認・取り込み・Payrollベンダーとの連携、計算結果の確認・修正・年末調整、所得税・住民税・社会保険・労働保険対応・税務署・年金事務所など行政対応のサポート・Payrollデータやレポート作成、監査対応・Payrollプロセスの改善・標準化、マニュアル整備・Payrollシステムのテスト・ユーザーサポート・社員からの給与関連問い合わせ対応・HR・Finance・海外Payrollチームとの連携

◆Documentation: Drafts, formats, proofreads, and finalizes legal documents, correspondence, and memos in compliance with firm templates and house styles. Transcribes notes as needed. ◆Administrative & Executive Support: Manages attorney calendars, travel/accommodation, timesheet entries, and expense reports. Coordinates meetings and conference calls. Client & ◆File Management: Handles new client onboarding forms, conflict checks, CRM updates, and maintains both physical and electronic filing systems. ◆Office & Team Support: Collaborates with internal teams (Finance, IT, Operations). Takes on ad-hoc office duties (e.g., reception cover, event support) to ensure smooth operations.
