1 Manage and archive all legal documents2 Draft and endorse all company agreements3 Point of contact with all third-party legal firms4 Review and endorse all legal documentation5 Develop legal documents for company use6 Manage and track all agreements7 Manage and track all company IP’s8 Registration of company properties9 Legal assistance and advise for all departments when needed
