POSITION TITLE: Manager – Ecommerce, JPN MarketREPORTS TO: Senior Manager – Ecommerce, APACPOSITION SUMMARY:· Reporting to the Senior Manager of Ecommerce APAC, this Manager is responsible for all aspects of digital business to drive business growth and develop the best-in-class ecommerce platform in Japan.· This role will closely work with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Retail, Finance, Logistics, IT and the business partners to manage ecommerce business, improve customer experience and drive profitability. ・グローバルでのECサービス展開のプラットフォームとなるシステムの構築における企画・開発推進。・ヘッドクォーターのITプランニングチームとして、各Product ManagerやDevelopment Managerなどを取りまとめ、プロジェクトの推進。

・商品に関するMD業務全般。リテイルへの適正アソートメント/商品管理/在庫管理　適宜グローバルへのシーズンブリーフィング、レポート＆コミュニケーション・本商品企画の実施（Briefing・デザイン確認・本社承認プロセスの管理・コストマネジメント）　リテイルへの適正アソートメント作成/商品管理/在庫管理

CRM戦略の立案から実践支援までをリードしていただきます。顧客データ基盤を活用し顧客体験の向上に向けたコミュニケーションを設計します。セグメント配信、トリガー配信、シナリオ配信等を実践。またデータ分析チームやエンジニアリングチームと連携し、より高いパフォーマンスに繋がる新しい施策開発を推進していただきます。

・実際の財団活動(難民支援、海外奨学金、国際相互文化理解など)を、理事会にて決定した方針に対して推進していく業務です。

・お客様の声、他社リサーチを通じた理想のサービス設計・お客様の声、データに基づいた事業課題の特定と解決・経営層や他部門の精通者と折衝し、具体的な事業改善の実行

事業成長の中期計画と連動した各国事業別の出店網計画の構築・各国毎の出店網戦略の具体化に求められる分析プラットフォームの構築、それを活用した具体計画の立案

・日本およびグローバルのサイトのクリエイティブ制作と管理・グローバルデザインガイドラインの更新と運用・通常の更新に付随する誘導枠やグラフィックの制作・サイト改修時、ABテスト時のUI設計・アイコンやイラスト等のアセット制作

• Develop key performance indicators to measure monthly results• Responsible for performing financial analysis and modeling, designing, and preparing the financial plans and budgets• Manage monthly, quarterly analytics to support decision making and strategy formulation• Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate financial information to management.• Develop and oversee the company’s annual business planning process including accountability through budgeting• Provide forecasting updates in accordance with the Annual Business Plan• Interacts with all levels of the business's senior management team, as well as overseas offices and shared services to gather and prioritizes organization-wide resource and investment requests
