お客様製造工場における弊社装置のField Service Enginner業務をご担当いただきます。立ち上げ、トラブルシューティングのほかに、改善、サービスコントラクト等幅広いエンジニアの活動が求められております。1. 自社装置の稼働改善a)稼働データからトラブル内容の分析と改善アクションの構築b)突発トラブルの現地トラブルシュートc)装置の改造や、立ち上げ 生産能力をあげ、先進技術の品質を提供してシェアを向上させる

・Work with senior engineers and customers to understand customer technology roadmaps, process flow, inflection points, requirements and business issues/ challenges.・Develop new processes for small variants to existing customer applications.・Performs application related Project Management, which includes:・Plan, conduct and technically direct moderately complex projects.・Define problems and objectives, develop approach, analyze results and provide recommendation for new and existing Lam equipment.・Design and complete DOE evaluations to characterize process window for new installations or Lam recommended field hardware modifications/ upgrades.・Present technical and marketing materials to a high standard.・Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.etc.

・Lead the successful implementation/roll-out of SAP Fi/Co・Manage team of about 5~7 people・Work closely with local senior leaders and global stakeholders (Asia, Europe, North America)

・Lead the implementation/roll-out of the ERP system・Support in the successful UAT・Use Japan for local user support and English for global meetings
