Main Accountabilities• Project Leadership:o Leads the project team, establishes the project execution approach and oversees project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.• Planning and Scheduling:o Defines project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.• Project Execution and Control:o Ensures that the project follows execution best practices and company policies.o Effectively monitors and controls project progress.o Monitors project progress and regularly analyzes project critical paths to ensure all critical path activities and project milestones are progressed to the plan, notifies Operation Group Manager of any deviations or scheduling issues, and implements actions for optimizing resources.o Issues progress reports, project updates and productivity data on a regular basis.o Prepares mat
