自社製品の特別な有償保守サービス（Premier Service）のお客様向けに、技術対応を行う、TAM（テクニカル・アカウント・マネージャー）を募集します。Premier Serviceの主要なお客様は、多くの弊社製品を導入して頂いており、このお客様向けに豊富なHW、SWに関する知識、経験を有するTAMがお客様の課題、障害の対応支援を行います。業務内容• お客様のIT運用管理方法をヒアリングし、より高いサービスレベルを適用できるようなコンサルティングを実施します。• 契約内容により、 お客様とミーティングを開催し、月次報告、四半期報告の実施、ならびに、報告書を作成します。• お客様の課題を整理し、優先順位を設定し、解決のためのロードマップを策定します。- お客様とのダイレクトコミュニケーション（顧客訪問）等を通して、お客様との長期的な信頼関係を構築します。- TAMは、製品問題が発生した場合、解決する為の、エスカレーション支援を行います。社内の各ビジネス部門と連携し、重要な問題は、会社上層部門とも情報を共有をしながら、お客様の問題が解決するように対応を行います。•エスカレーションマネージメント:- お客様の問題解決のため、製品開発部門、コールセンター、デリバリー部門との連携をリードします- クリティカルなインシデント発生時のお客様への報告、ならびに、対策案の策定を実施します

【必要/歓迎要件】・Perl/Ruby/ExcelVBAのプログラム作成可能・自動化のプログラム作成のスキル・コミュニケーション能力がある方

Research current and emerging cybersecurity threats based on internal and open-source threat intelligenceDesign and implement detections in Managed Service’s technology stack.Work with analysts and threat hunters to enhance detections as well as follow-on automated and augmented response/investigation actionsContinually tune detections to be highly efficaciousWork with customers on designing and implementing detections to meet specific customer detection requirements

Pre-Sales activities range from:•Working closely with the Solution Engineer scope and design and execute on proof-of-concept goals.•Guiding the customer on testing strategy and optimal product utilisation. Post-Sales activities range from:•Becoming a Strategic Advisor to the customer for all things test automation and product, by providing in-depth technical assistance to ensure that business and testing goals are achieved. •Scoping and delivering projects to ensure effective utilisation and adoption of products.•Create integrations to and from product to wider CI/CD pipeline. •Building strong relationships with customers and guide teams on best practices and reduce any technical risk within an account.
