A leading global biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Pharma Service Engagement Manager to enhance customer-centricity and drive the execution of omnichannel customer engagement strategies in Japan. This individual will act as a valued business partner and the primary point of contact for local stakeholders, ensuring the high-quality delivery of digital and creative services from global production partners. The position is responsible for all operations related to drug pricing and insurance reimbursement for the company's products, aiming to maximize product value and patient access. This involves leading price negotiations , collaborating with internal teams including global headquarters to set pricing strategies , handling post-launch price revisions , and ensuring all reimbursement requirements are met for timely product launches.
