【■職務内容】半導体製造装置のプロセス開発・検証業務。新規開発・既存装置の改善、改良を行う際の仕様検討からプロセス条件設定までを担当。ハード・ソフト等のメンバーと一つのプロジェクトとして推進していきます。エッチング装置はシリコンウェーハ上にプラズマの原理を利用し、非常に微細な回路線幅を加工します。ウェーハに反応するプラズマを発生させるガスの種類や、装置内の電圧・温度などを数百通りの中から組合せ、調整。検証と評価を繰り返し、従来にない最適な組合せを顧客ニーズに合わせて開発するのがプロセス開発の役割です。先端技術開発～量産開発まで幅広い経験を積める環境です。また、プロセスエンジニアとしての専門知識と同時にハードやソフトウェアに対する広い知識も必要とされます。お客さまの拠点に直接出向くことも多く、コミュニケーション能力も求められる、製品開発の最前線といえる仕事です。

Role,Lead new technology transfers, production line set up / maintenance, team establishment, quality / productivity improvement to ensure the whole production process smoothly.Elevate Engineering and Manufacturing excellence in PVD/DIF/CVD/CMP/LIT/ETCH (either one) field. Key Areas of ResponsibilityModule process / equipment fundamental improvement.Innovate and seize opportunities for wafer quality / productivity improvement.Work with Process integration / Manufacturing / Yield improvement / Cross module team to sustain high quality wafer production / delivery.Proactively identify talent and continuously develop team members with a deliberate roadmap.Sustain ownership of day-to-day operations, equipment troubleshooting and mentoring engineers, Resources planning, task prioritization, and related cross-function management work.
