小規模プロジェクトから中規模プロジェクトの実行を主導し、関連するすべての活動が企業のポリシー、契約上の合意、品質基準、健康、安全と環境の要件、財務目標、およびスケジュールのコミットメントに従って確実に実行されるようにする。プロジェクトはモーターとインバーターのプロジェクトで10か月サイクル。同時進行は５件くらい。金額はまちまちで、5000万～5億規模となります。

Job Description:■ Direct and supervise field activities. Responsible for coordinating and managing field activities in all phases (construction planning, equipment delivery,installation and assembly, commissioning etc.) from field start-up to handover to the customer.■ Interaction with internal (including overseas) and subcontractors will be required to manage whether contracts/quality/delivery/safety, etc are performed in accordance with standards.■ This position is an on-site SV activity as an equipment manufacturer and does not perform the construction work. 中規模プロジェクトの実行を主導し、関連するすべての活動が企業のポリシー、関連するサイバー セキュリティの規制と基準、契約上の合意、品質基準、健康、安全と環境の要件、財務目標、およびスケジュールのコミットメントに従って確実に実行されるようにする。※プロジェクトは小さくて1 hundred thousand doller 規模。最大で20-30 million doller 規模 。通常は1-3 million dollor 規模。担当数はプロジェクトのサイズにより、1～20を担当。年平均は5-10 million doller。
