[Main Purpose]Work in a dynamic Infrastructure Team to provide daily support for our server’s farm and be a project coordinator for Infrastructure projects to support our Business.[Key Responsibilities]Server Administration/Operation tasks:-Various administration/operation tasks on Windows Servers (as Hyper-V, Citrix, SCCM, Active directly, AWS, etc)-Continuously monitor the stability and effectiveness of the IT server infrastructure and analyse results to plan improvement and enhancement by utilizing global tool-Adequate reporting and escalation to manager-Create and maintain comprehensive System documentation, including diagrams, standards and procedures-Work with customers, vendors and others teams-As a level 2 support, handle technical escalation issues from users or other teams.-Adequate reporting and escalation to managersProject Coordination:-Coordinate the various small infrastructure projects (Servers, Network, PCs)-Clarify project
