【配属先の主業務内容】　・本社、子会社含めた社内ITインフラ戦略の策定、設計・構築・運用・セキュリティ維持　　対象：社内ネットワーク（国内約100拠点・海外約20拠点・ほかデータセンタ・協力会社等）　　　　　社内情報系サーバ(ActiveDirectory/グループウェア/ファイルサーバ等）　・外部協力会社・各種ベンダとの折衝・調整・コントロール　・セキュリティ等ポリシー・規定の策定　など【組織構成】　　・インフラ課・・・社内サーバ・ネットワーク・セキュリティ担当　　・セキュアサポート課・・・社内ヘルプデスク担当　　・ITリテラシー推進課・・・社内グループウェア担当【任せる主業務と詳細】　　・経営課題・部門課題を解決するための方針作成、予算計画　　・サイバーセキュリティポリシーの方針検討、決定、運用等　　・部内ミーティング・メンバの担当プロジェクト管理、タスクのアサイン等、部下の能力を引き出し育成【将来的に期待する役割】　　新たなシステムの企画立案しプロジェクトを進め、グループ全体の社内セキュリティ対策を担い、　　今後のサイバーセキュリティ攻撃に備えうる体制を常に見直し、維持していくことと　　経営戦略に基づき社内サービスの戦略を立案していただくことを期待します。【主なネットワーク、サーバ環境】　・ネットワーク　　　データセンタ3か所・国内約100拠点・海外約20拠点　　　1万以上のノードが社内LANに接続　　　ネットワーク機器は主にCisco・YAMAHA社製、他数社　・サーバ　　　主にWindowsサーバ・一部Linuxサーバ有　　　AWS・Azureおよび外部データセンタ・社内サーバ室のオンプレミスサーバ　　　自社構築のアカウント管理システム（人事システム・AD・AzureAD等複数システムと連携）【出張の頻度と1回あたりの期間】　・頻度：0～2回/月 1週間程度　不定期 (主に工場や他主要事業所)　・期間：基本的に日帰り　・交通手段：電車もしくは社用車

Responsibilities:- Drive technical vision, strategy, and architecture of the group- Manage and grow a team of application engineers, and developing future leaders- Stakeholder management of customer and other technical teams to establish priorities and achieve the goals- Improve development process, with a focus on regular high-quality releases that align with our business priorities- Advising the team on selection of open source and third-party tools and platforms to increase our development efficiency and improve our technology and product offerings- Influence and align across functional teams and stakeholders on priorities and milestones and roadmap- Stay updated on market trends, and position yourself to establish new future trends- Budget planning and management- Own the overall multi-vendor CDN strategy to best utilize third party offerings as well as our own first party solutions

・Experience with migrating and moving legacy systems to cloud. ・Leading projects relevant to Azure with on-premise or other public cloud.・DevOps and CI/CD process with Azure DevOps.

WHO YOU ARE: - Someone with 4+ years of experience within Project Management- Someone who has experience working on projects related to IT Infrastructure and Implementation of systems- Someone with strong communication skills in Japanese and EnglishWHAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:- You will work in a dynamic environment using both Japanese and English to help IT projects launch while communicating with the business side for implementation- Determine scope, budget and schedule of projects- Build and manage project teams - manage the performance and identify any areas of improvement

We are looking for an experienced full-stack site reliability engineer who has a passion for working on complex/large systems and understands the importance of maintaining and supporting one. Some things you will do:- Design & Develop features on small to large scale systems - Handle operations like releases to Production environments - Learn about and perform load/performance tests on high access systems - Interact and work with members from other development teams, Product Managers, UX/UI designers and QA engineers
