業務内容・CIOに直接レポートし、一緒に会社のITインフラを考える・日本と海外の子会社(20社以上)のITインフラの企画(導入・ロールアウト・統合)など・チーム管理、IT予算管理やベンダーせんつぃ・管理などを担当#LI-Hybrid

・SAP(在庫購買管理や倉庫管理モジュールが提供する機能/サービスの管理-Manage functionality/services of SAP Modules (ex. MM/P2P/WMS)・当該モジュールに関わる国内事業、海外事業(アメリカ、カナダ、ドイツ、フランス、シンガポールや中国など)導入プロジェクトの推進/支援-Promote/support SAP project implementation in Japan and abroad (US, Canada, Germany France, Singapore, China, etc.,)・社内ユーザー部門、外部ITベンダーとの建設的な関係の構築/維持-Build/maintain relationships with internal/corporate users and external IT vendors

・Lead and oversee implementation of global IT projects・Oversee IT budget・Manage and lead the IT team in Japan and local vendors

・DXのプロジェクトのリード・業務プロセスに関わるシステムのデザインやロードマップ作成・既存システムの管理など#LI-Hybrid

- Develop and manage project scope, resource plans, issues, risks, communications, and quality/testing plans- Resolve project issues, mitigate risks, and manage scope change requests from internal (business) and external (Vendor or Partner) stakeholders- Monitor delivery of projects and escalate issues when necessary- Provide status reporting on project key performance indicators (KPIs), schedule, resources, and milestone delivery- Identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions, and then facilitate quick resolution- Resolve conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation

Implement the global standard ITSM tool to enhance efficiency and manage information in a single tool.• Replace and decommission the old ticketing system (Service Desk Plus)• IT related requests to be migrated from Workflow system• Migrate device and configuration info from ISDII to improve asset management and configuration management• Eliminate requests and incident reports from user emails or chats and user ServiceNow user portal• Improve the depth of incidents and requests analysis by reports• Generate periodical reports for compliance related processes• Share tips and instructions by developing knowledge base• Communicate with key stakeholders (including the global teams) to obtain current issues and wish lists of the workflow design and process changes• Manage demands, and prioritize to finalize the scope• Plan and Schedule key tasks and drive the project• Prepare and Present documents at the time of the key meetings• Setup regular mee
