SUMMARY: - You will be the Director over Cybersecurity for this large financial firm that will work to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the customers' information as well as the company itself. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Set standards and policies for Information Security and make sure all things abide by and align with those- Strengthen any vulnerabilities within the organization- Be the main point of contact for information/cyber security- Provide progress reports for any updates and changes made within security- Manage a team and help in educating new practices within securityREQUIREMENTS: - Fluent Japanese/Business English- 7+ years' of experience in cybersecurity- 3+ years of people management/leadership- Good to have security certifications (CISSP, etc)
