【部門について】AI（人工知能）やオートメーション、ブロックチェーンといった最先端テクノロジーを活用した監査・保証サービスの開発と推進を担う部門で、公認会計士、コンサルタント、データサイエンティスト、エンジニアら約600名で構成します。20～40代を中心に、女性職員も多く活躍する社内ベンチャーの雰囲気です。担当プロジェクトの内容により、監査法人内の監査部門やアドバイザリー部門、当グループ内のコンサルティングチームとも協働するなど、組織横断的な活動を積極的に行っています。また監査法人では監査プロフェッショナルと呼ばれる公認会計士、IT専門家が大部分を占めますが、当法人では、グローバルベースでデジタルをビジネスに活かすことを宣言しています。当法人ではテクノロジー人材向けのキャリアフレームワークをベースとしたジョブ型人事制度を監査法人で初めて導入しており、IT企業やIT系コンサルティングファームと同様に活躍いただくことが可能です。【業務内容】・プロセスマイニングツールを使用して、監査クライアントの業務プロセスを可視化・分析し、監査チーム及び監査クライアントにリスクや改善点を報告することで、監査品質の向上や効率化に貢献する。・分析や報告に関する業務手順やテンプレートを作成し、監査チームが自らプロセスマイニングツールを活用できるようにサポートする。・ツール開発チームと連携し、新しいツールのアイディアや機能を定義し、フィードバックやテストを行う。

◆業務内容について監査業務のAutomationツール開発において、公認会計士メンバーと共に各業務や導入済みの情報システムの課題を把握し、要求仕様書を作成します。関係者へのヒアリングを通し、顕在化された課題だけでなく、潜在的な課題を洗い出し、システムを使ったソリューションの企画提案を実施していただきます。ビジネスサイドとエンジニアサイドをつなぐコミュニケーションハブの側面が強く、ビジネスとテクノロジー両面の理解が求められます。複数のプロダクト開発が進行中ですが、経験・スキルに応じて担当業務を決定いたします。【担当プロダクト開発の一例】監査業務で行われる監査データの授受、及び監査手続きの効率化のための開発に関与していただきます。現在、日本国内ではデジタルインボイスの利活用・普及が推進され、「取引全体のデジタル化」への期待が大きくなっています。当法人においても、監査業務で利用するデータの入手や監査をよりリアルタイムに行うことで、不正等の早期発見や、監査手続きの効率化を進めることができると考えており、システム化を目指しています。具体的に担当いただく業務内容は以下となります。・ 技術標準仕様の理解、技術的検証・ 関連する法令の理解、関連する技術要素の理解・ 監査クライアントのシステムから監査法人へのデータ連携を検討する際の技術的仕様の調査・ 監査クライアントのシステムから連携されるデータの処理ロジック検証、開発内容への落とし込み、開発者への説明・ 会計士と共に監査手続きで利用するデータの整理の実施、データ取得方法に関する各システムベンダーとの仕様確認◆開発環境について・Windows環境での開発が中心となります (PCは貸与されます)・各種ソースコードはGitを用いてバージョン管理をしています・基本的にはリモートワークです・事務所利用時の座席はフリーアドレスになっており、最大2画面のモニタが設置してあります【その他】遠隔地勤務も相談可能です。
