Job/Group Overview：企業の役員向けの株式報酬制度や従業員向けの株式インセンティブ制度の導入のコンサルテーションを行っています。当室の業務のアシスタントを募集します。Responsibilities：社内業務や株式報酬に関するデータ整備・加工等（各種公表資料、金融系情報ベンダーを活用したデータの取得・加工）各種Microsoft Officeアプリケーション(Power Point、Excel、Word等)等での資料作成その他庶務、電話対応等Requirements：日本語：ネイティブ　英語：読み書きできるレベルがあれば尚可各種Microsoft Officeアプリケーション(Power Point、Excel、Word等)を使用した資料作成経験Excel関数（基本的な機能）を使用したデータの簡易な加工ができること社内関連部署との連携のためのビジネスマナー及び円滑なコミュニケーション能力高い水準のコンプライアンス意識と情報管理意識 ※外務員資格保有者歓迎（資格をお持ちでない方は、入社後に取得していただきます。会社から資格支援のサポートがあります）

•Develop strategy, perform, manage, review and improve internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance risks/controls, as well as SOX, across multiple departments and business units in Japan as well as for global subsidiaries•Work closely with various departments throughout the Firm on special projects providing consultative and advisory services, as needed.•Be responsible for preparing, reviewing and delivering timely audit results and high quality deliverables.•Provide recommendations, as applicable, and work with management to ensure corrective actions are taken•Perform risk assessments of global business activities and relevant testing based on the risks and processes associated with the area being audited. •Assist in communicating issues, risks and recommendations to all levels of management. SUMMARY:- You will be a quant developer working alongside trading and sales teams to build innovative tools that would help this company in generating revenue, placing them at a higher advantage to the market.RESPONSIBILITIES: - Meet with business stakeholders to understand issues, initiative, and ideas for innovation- Development in C#.NET/SQL/KDB/Java, C++ or Python- Maintenance of application and environmentREQUIREMENTS: - Development experience in: C#.NET/SQL/KDB/Java, C++ or Python- Understanding in derivatives and other similarly structured financial products- Able to work in a fast paced environment- Numerate Degree (Statistics, Math, Economics, Physics, etc)- Business level English (Japanese is not necessary)
