Provide the following customer satisfaction to Japanese airlines operating aircraft.• Daily communication, including technical aspects, for airlines operating aircraft in Japan• Understanding customer needs in the short and medium term• Support for the entry into service of new aircraft and various coordination• Promote products and services to improve aircraft operational performance of aircraftoperated by Japanese airlines and implement quality improvement measures• Participate in and support conferences held between airlines (including technicalissues)Flight operation, training, fleet performance, spares/repairs, GMA, support for discussions onvendor issues, etc.,• Assisting in forecasting and analyzing potential customer needs in Japan• Monitoring of customer satisfaction and support to improve communications between customers.
