1.自社製品(ICT製品、車載製品、エネルギー製品、携帯電話などの端末製品)の競争力を高める需要分析(例:高密度、低コスト、小型化など)を基にセラミックコンデンサ、セラミック材料部品の仕様や性能向上に対するニーズを把握すること。セラミックコンデンサ、セラミック材料の業界リソースと積極的に協力し、仕様を満たす新しい材料、新プロセスの設計、検証などの研究開発を行い製品の量産化をサポートすること；2、自社製品の特殊な応用シーンと性能向上のニーズに対し業界には現状成熟したソリューションがないため、積極的に材料配合の設計の最適化、プロセスの改善を模索し、材料やプロセスの最適化に関する技術研究開発プロジェクトをリードまたは参加していただきます。チームと協力し、新しい技術ソリューションの設計、検証を行うこと。3、大学、研究機関、産業チェーンパートナーと良好な協力関係を維持し、業界の技術動向をタイムリーに把握し、革新的な技術方案の検証と予備研究を積極的に展開します。

■仕事内容：・当社は食品香料・シーズニング（粉末調味料）を顧客のニーズに合わせてオーダーメイド中心の開発製造をしています。・当ポジションでは香料開発経験はなくても、マネジメントなど部長のサポートをしながら各種香料やシーズニングの開発、又は機器分析を勉強して実力をつけていっていただきます。■開発部の組織構成：・第1グループ…主に香料の開発（4名）・第2グループ…主にシーズニングの開発（2名）・第3グループ…GCMS等での分析業務、品質保証業務（海外適合調査など）・第4グループ…顧客に商品を提案する際の焼菓子・食品を制作/香料の添加評価を行うお菓子の試作※開発部は若手メンバーが20代、ベテランは50代の構成のため、中間に立つ仲間を募集します。■品質方針・食品安全方針：・安心・安全の追求のため、外部認証取得に取り組んでいます（2020年度　FSSC22000取得）■当社の強み：（1）ほとんどがオーダーメイドでの商品開発・コンビニやお菓子メーカーの期間限定商品など、お客様のニーズに合わせた商品開発を行ってきました。（2）取り扱い素材の幅・食品香料のみならず、シーズニング、食品素材も取り扱っております。（3）少数精鋭組織・規模が大きすぎないため迅速な対応ができ、お客満足度の向上につながっています。※上記の強みを生かし、長年丁寧に向き合ってきたことで、多くのお客様から信頼を得ています。■社風：・真面目で、お客様のニーズに応えることに対して真剣な社員ばかりです。・創業して79年の歴史がある老舗香料会社ですが、3代目社長が研修など教育を重視し社員が成長し、昨年3部署の女性部長（30代～50代）が誕生しました。・ボトムアップの組織になるよう現状に留まらず、研修や実務で社員一人ひとりが学びを続け新たな製品の開発やお客様の開拓など、チャレンジを続けています。・年齢や役職など関係なく、新しい提案や自分の意見を言える会社です。変更の範囲：会社の定める業務

Responsabilities:・Develop a project plan by applying appropriate project management techniques・Lead the projects to be delivered on time within scope and budget・Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation・Coordinate internal/external resources for project・Communicate effectively to manage stakeholder expectations and enable informed decisions・Negotiate and obtain agreement on changes to scope, schedule and budget through the organization’s change management process・Perform issue/risk management and proactively solve issues/ mitigate risks and report/escalate to management when needed・Ensure release readiness, all requirements and quality standards are met・Prepare and send the reports to senior management to report current projects situation correctly
