Role PurposeThe RLT Healthcare System (HCS) Head assumes responsibility for ensuring the readiness of the RLT Healthcare system. This includes establishing a robust imaging infrastructure, developing treatment capacity, shaping RLT policies, and strategizing partnerships. The goal is to create an advanced and forward-looking RLT treatment system that effectively supports patients who can benefit from this innovative treatment platform. 職務内容■ 職務内容 / Job DescriptionOncology領域におけるPatient Centricity をLeadし、Patient Centric Business Modelの活用を推進する- Business Plan/NSP (National Sales Plan)に対して、Patient Journey (Experience)・Insightを収集し、インプットを実施することで、対患者さん施策をサポートする- Insightに基づき、がん関連情報のDTC Planを立案・実行する　(例：患者さん向けサイト運営、資材作成など)- BSP (Brand Strategy Plan)/NSP (National Sales Plan)に基づき、ブランドごとの患者さん向け施策の実行をサポートする- Patient Advocacyがリードする患者団体との関わりならびにイベント等の活動をサポートする- OBU (Oncology Business Unit) のPatient Centricity Culture醸成のため、他の部門を巻き込みPlanを立案・実行するとともに、MRのPatient Centricityに基づく活動を推進する- DTC予算の策定と管理【勤務地 / Work Location】大阪本社、東京支社
