【事業・組織構成の概要】ステークホルダーリレーション部は、IR室とサステナビリティ戦略企画室の２つの室から構成される統括部です。サステナビリティ戦略企画室は、主にインデックス連動で運用するパッシブ投資家向けに当グループのサステナビリティ(ESG)の取り組みを情報開示する役割を担っています。また、インデックス調査会社への回答をとおし、グローバル要請と当グループ内の取り組みとのギャップを確認し、関係部門に対して改善の働きかけを行っています。加えて、「当グループ人権方針」の制度主管部門として、方針に沿った取り組みが行われているかをモニタリングし、その結果を情報開示しています。【職務内容】EUを起点としてサステナビリティ情報開示義務化が広がりをみせるなか、グループ・グローバルでのサステナビリティ推進の役割も大きくなっていることから、以下役割を担うメンバーを募集します。各制度主管部門と連携して、国内外連結子会社（特に海外）に対しサステナビリティ方針（特に人権テーマ）を共有し、取り組み状況の可視化とモニタリングを行う。人権に関するグローバル動向等を経営幹部や関係部門に共有するとともに、顕著な人権課題を中心に、グループ内の取り組み状況を収集・開示する。人権の尊重について【ポジションのアピールポイント】IR室との定期的な勉強会や、サステナビリティ関連で参画している異業種交流会をとおし、財務、非財務（将来財務）双方の知見を得られます。また、COVID-19以降は在宅での勤務を原則とし、社外有識者との対話やセールスサポート、室内での戦略検討等、対面での勤務が望ましいときに本社もしくは神奈川の事業所に出社する勤務体制をとっています。

仕事内容：バイオ医薬品の分析・物性研究「革新的なバイオ医薬品（抗体等）の評価に使用する新規分析法の開発，および製法評価やデバイス評価等を行い最新科学に立脚した管理戦略立案を主導する」・各種分析法を駆使した分子の特性，構造及び機能の理解・次世代製造プロセスの評価に適した迅速測定法（Process Analytical Technology）の開発・取得したデータに基づきグローバル申請を行うDescription of Work:Development of analytical methods used for innovative biological drugs (antibodies, etc.) evaluation, and establishment of quality control strategy based on the latest science through the evaluation of manufacturing process and devices.・Understanding the properties, structure, and functionality of molecules using various analytical methods・Development of Process Analytical Technology suitable for process evaluation of next generation factory・Preparation and data acquisition for IND/NDA complied with the latest global regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilitiesオムニチャネル活動の推進により、担当医師の訪問頻度とカバー率などのアクティビティ目標や主要KPIを達成し、主たる施設や医師を対象に良好な関係を構築、発展させ、年次予算目標、活動目標を達成することが責務となります。事業本部計画に基づき、担当エリアに於ける治療上の課題を的確に捉え、ビジネス機会の特定を行いながら担当地区のエリアプランを策定し、上長、マーケティング部門等、関連部門との意思疎通を積極的に図り、イベント運営およびサポートを含めて担当製品の適正使用推進に繋がる活動を行うことが期待されています。所属組織、担当テリトリーに於ける活動計画に則り、エリア講演会等のイベント運営、サポートを行います。有害事象、品質異常等の製品安全性に関わる業務を遅滞なく遂行する責務があります。活動報告業務、顧客データベースの更新や活動関連費用の見積り、精算といった事務業務が含まれます。いかなる場面でも社内・外の規範、或いは各省庁から求められる法令順守を徹底した上で業務を遂行することが求められます。

SUMMARY/POSITION OBJECTIVE:This position will be a member of XXX Japan’s Commercial Operation team leading execution tasks to qualitatively and quantitatively support strategic and tactical decision making in the areas of sales force and marketing effectiveness.
