The Retail Manager will develop and maximize the retail business by leading and empowering the retail sales team to create a thriving retail mindset, proactively contributing to the strong business growth.・You will execute BTQ business strategy and own mid/long term business result, and achieve sales target by analyzing, acting on sales forecast/KPIs, whilst pushing for collaboration cross-functionally.・You will build a business plan to maintain a long-term relationship and lead local business negotiation with department stores, and promote High Jewelry fairs and other events.・You will work closely with Boutique Managers to ensure smooth boutique operation, improve client experience, and contribute to top results in VCA barometer and Guest Experience Feedback.・You will monitor staff performance with key indicators and promote boutique staff learning and development in collaboration with the Boutique Managers, Training team, and HR.

1. Strategic Assortment Planning & Buying➢ Develop assortment plan for Women’s/Men’s categories.➢ Identify target assortment and sku counts across all categories to maximize commercial opportunity while being mindful of inventory efficiency.➢ Partner with design teams and representatives in NY HQ to develop Japan-specific product.➢ Establish logical and structured buy process to maximize sales opportunity and inventory accountability.➢ Plan product lifecycle strategy including liquidation of outlet product as well as Inline transfer product to maintain target inventory balance and healthy turn.2. Business Analysis and Insights➢ Study and understand past performances, trends, opportunities and misses in the Women’s/Men’s categories➢ Develop clear and comprehensive presentations of analysis on weekly, monthly and seasonal levels.➢ Study competitive activities and pricing. Establish target pricing for own assortment with margin goals in mind.3.
