【業務内容】•BU、ファイナンスと協力し、より質の高い販売計画の策定やビジネス進捗確認のための部門横断的な議論をリードする。•ビジネス戦略とビジネス上の疑問を理解し、主要な市場調査の設計と実施、又は二次的データの提供により、ビジネス上の疑問に対するインサイトやソリューションをBUに提供する。•セールスフォースエフェクティブネスに役立つ分析結果やインサイトを営業企画推進チーム/BUに提供する。•各営業サイクルのインセンティブ計画立案とフォローアップ、販売目標計画の営業担当者までの落とし込みにおいて、必要なデータを提供し、BUならびに営業企画推進チームを支援する。

Global company with productivity solution is looking for a Operations Manager to join their team. You will be based in Japan, but be part of the Global Team - working with APAC and the US. You will directly report to Singapore.
