当社の広報・コーポレートブランディング担当として、広報戦略～各種メディア戦略～イベント等の企画・実施などを担当頂きます。事業の拡大と併せて、企業（コーポレート）としての価値や知名度の向上を図っていく必要を感じており、今回、広報・コーポレートブランディングの責任者候補を募集いたします。まずは、既存の広報活動やマスコミ・メディア対応の見直し、ブラッシュアップを行って頂き、将来の事業目標達成に必要な広報戦略の企画・提案・運用の中心となって動いて頂く事を期待しています。場合によっては、関係部署・部門とプロジェクトベースで推進して頂く必要がありますが、環境的には、広報・コーポレートブランディングに専念して頂けるものになっています。また、企画だけではなく、式典やメディア対応の実務なども発生するため、幅広い視点や観点で当社・当グループの価値を上げて頂く動きをして頂く事になります。攻めと守りの広報の両方を実践して頂ける方を求めています。

Objective:The main role is to be responsible for all accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other transactions, and to work with other members to achieve the goal. Key Responsibilities:-Manage monthly/yearly closings, adhering to policy and GAAP.-Reconcile balance sheets for assigned accounts.-Review and process accounts payable vouchers in SAP.-Lead Procure to Pay enhancement project for streamlined processes.-Oversee vendor master registration and tax compliance.-Support healthcare industry data collection and local tax filings.-Assist in audit preparation and intercompany transactions.-Provide analysis for business support.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.-5+ years of accounting and finance experience.-SAP proficiency and strong Excel skills.-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.-Nissho bookkeeping test 2nd grade certification.-Healthcare industry experience pref

■主な業務内容/期待役割・メディアPDCAの体制構築、及びその運用をリードする。※メディアPDCA・・・例)メディアMIXでの出稿をプランニングし、事前シミュレーションのリーチ&フリークエンシーといったKPI達成度をスピーディに評価し、出稿予算の追加/削減といったアロケーションを機動的に実施するとともに、次の出稿プランへの反映というサイクルを回していく。・広告CPにおけるPDCAを短期で回し、企画戦略チーム・カテゴリー戦略担当に対してマーケティング予算のアロケーション提言を行い、実行することでROI向上を図る。・上記PDCAを回す仕組み/体制のイチからの構築をリードする役割も担う。マーケティング部長や各カテゴリーマネージャー・ブランドマネージャー、企画戦略チームのファイナンス担当など、各セクションのトップの方と業務を推進いただく機会もあります。
