•Define and implement sophisticated pricing strategy architecture across all product portfolio in the sub-region.• Establish customer category tire pricing database across premier, key and E-channels• Own the annual web price setting processes through obtaining market price information on regular basis to ensure the competitive-aligned pricing base• Partner with subregion business team to develop and execute differentiated pricing strategies. Gain and review long term agreement of price recommendation regularly and timely• Participate marketing campaign for proper promotional pricing proposal to targeted customer group or product group and review campaign pricing effectiveness.

HR manager/HRBP

- Support of preparation of consolidating entries and reconciliation of inter-company related transactions entries as well as ensure accurate and timely reporting- Post journal entries and prepare report of transactions- Monitor the status of the monthly and quarterly close process, through the creation of key performance indicators- Support budgeting process- Liaise with external auditors and coordinate annual financial statement audit.- Assist in the preparation of footnotes and related disclosures to support the external reporting process
