Aim of the position As a service technician, you will independently be carry out service visits (national/international) you receive from the service coordinator and provide excellent service to our installed base in a safe way. Service Technician is based on Tokyo, Japan. トレーニングスペシャリストとして、製品、システム、サービスに関する社内外の技術トレーニングを効果的に実施します。 技術トレーニング コースの教材を開発し、教室または現場で顧客に技術トレーニングコースのコンテンツを提供します。具体的には、お客様向けにロボットの使い方や安全教育、操作方法、メンテナンス、保全の仕方をトレーニングをして頂きます。この業務は現在はエンジニアが兼任しているので、それを一つに纏めたいと言うのが今回の増員の目的です。トレーニングの依頼は、ロボットの使いはじめや、お客様先に新入社員が入ってきた時にお願いされる事が多いです。また、トレーニングの売り込みや、どういうお客様にアプローチするかも考えて頂きます。＜メインの仕事＞・トレーニングのビジネスとどうやって伸ばしていくかを考える・トレーニングコースをコーディネイト（日時や場所など）・トレイナーとして講師をやっていただく・グローバルのマテリアルをローカライズする（よって英語力必須です）

The Service, Technical Support Engineer is responsible for working service activity such as calibration, repair in the service lab or customer site.This position requires skill of handling Semi equipment or science related equipment. Our business areas are Industrial such as Semiconductor, Pure Water System, Chemical and Life Science such as Pharmaceutical.The position is tasked with assuring customer satisfaction through timely and efficient maintenance and repair as a service engineer, technical-depth support on post sales technical matters as a technical support engineer.
