【業務内容】スポットワークシステム領域内のチームや社内外のステークホルダーとコミュニケーションしながら、労務や給与計算などといったドメイン知識をキャッチアップした上で、利便性の向上 / 企業の課題解決 / 法令への対応等を進められるように、開発要件を定義した上でオフショアチームにきちんと伝え、その要件通りに開発が出来ているかを検収していただきます。具体的な業務は以下のようなものになります。●内製 + オフショア混在のスクラムチームの開発者の一人として、各種スクラムイベントに参加する●オフショアチームに開発依頼する項目の要件定義・ドメイン知識 (法令や業界ルール、慣習など) を理解し、必要な社内外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションした上で要件定義を行う・社内外における必要な調整や申請プロダクト仕様やコードを理解した上での要件定義を行う・内製チーム及びオフショアチーム双方が開発可能なデザインドキュメント等の記述する●オフショアチームからの問い合わせ対応・オフショアチームからの質問や相談に対して分かりやすい回答を行う・即座に回答出来ないケースは社内外の有識者と相談した上で、回答を行う●オフショアチームの品質管理・オフショアチームの開発物に対するレビューの実施・オフショアチームの開発物に対する受け入れテストの計画・実施●オフショアチームが開発した開発対象物に対する問い合わせや障害対応のハンドリング・上記において、社内とオフショアチームの間に立って、仕様確認や技術的調査に対するオーナーシップを発揮する●オフショア開発をより良くするための提言及び施策の実施また、オフショア開発の拡大のために、将来的には以下のような業務もお願いしたいです。●ブリッジエンジニアの業務プロセスの整備・標準化●ブリッジエンジニアの育成【あなたに提供できる経験】●システム、プロダクト、組織を戦略的に拡大させる当事者となれる経験●大規模なデータのあるプロダクトの設計・実装・運用経験●ヒアリングや要件定義から実装までを一気通貫に行う経験●データに基づいて機能開発やグロース、品質維持を行う経験【開発組織の特徴】開発組織はフロントエンドからSREのレイヤまでひとつのチームで解決できることをコンセプトにしています。プロダ

[Responsibilities]-Developing frontend web applications using modern frontend tech stack such as TypeScript, React, Redux, Ruby on Rails, etc.-Building robust and scalable backend services with modern languages such as Typescript, Ruby, etc.-Design and create services and system architecture for your projects, contribute and provide feedback to other team members-Improving code quality through unit tests, developing test execution workers using TypeScript, WebdriverIO, and Puppeteer (or similar)-Help guide the direction of the tech stack and build out critical systems-Work closely with UI/UX designers, product teams to provide input to ensure optimal user experience
