業務内容：• 各部門の週次、月次、四半期ごとのBvA/BvFレポートと分析• 予算管理システム（HC、OPEX/CAPEX、Expense等を管理）での予算/見込みの把握• 来年度予算編成に関わるYoY分析• 編成予算と執行予算におけるHCの実現性チェックと分析• 予算、見込みの単価と人件費計算ロジックの理解• 目標達成に向けた複数のステークホルダーとの連携（IT企画部、コーポレートIT、テックマネジャー等）• 日々の運用改善活動• KPIのTrackと分析必須スキル：・ FP&A、予算策定、予算管理などの業務経験・ Microsoft Excel、管理会計システムに強い・ 業界のスピードの速さに対応し、Globalな風土に適応できる・ 日本語でステークホルダーとの関係を構築できる・チーム内のコミュニケーションが日本語のため日本語ができる方希望スキル：・ グローバル企業での勤務経験・ プロジェクトをリードした経験・ 英語はビジネスにおける最低限のコミュニケーション（メールやミーティングでの説明）日本語能力：ネイティブレベル英語能力：ビジネスレベル　EX）TOEIC800以上初回契約期間： 就業期間は長期を想定（初回2ヶ月、以降３ヶ月毎更新） 休日：Weekends/Holidays勤務時間：9:00-17:30※休憩時間： 12:00-13:00
