会社の売り上げ、利益、キャッシュフロー目標を達成するために担当する製品群において 最適な需要計画、供給計画の立案及び実行を行う。【役割及び責任】- 需要計画作成:製品の12か月先までの需要予測を立案し、事業部やサプライチェーン部内とコミュニケーションを行いながら継続的に精度改善に努める。- 供給計画作成及び実行:立案した需要計画に基づき、供給計画を立案し実行する。 その過程において事業部、サプライチェーン部、海外含むサプライヤーと協業しながら改善機会や課題を発見し、意思決定や、課題解決のためのサポート、提案を行う- 在庫計画: 欠品リスク及び過剰在庫を最小限にとどめる- 新製品導入、廃盤計画: 事業部の計画する新製品の導入。または廃盤、切り替え時期に基づいた供給計画及び実行を事業部及びサプライチェーン実行者とコミュニケーションを行いながら実行する- S&OP Meeting (製販会議) 参画:需要計画及び供給計画の実行に伴う機会や課題の共有をし、最適な意思決定を行う会議に参加する。自らの担当製品における需要計画、供給計画の確認、課題の共有を行い、意思決定のためのサポートをするKPI- 需要精度%- DIFOT (顧客納期遵守率)- 在庫金額、日数- Excess&Obsolete 金額- 期限切れ在庫廃棄金額【その他事項】※フルフレックス対象、在宅勤務制度利用可（週一出社程度）、自家用車通勤ではない場合最寄り駅からのタクシーチケット配布、残業対象外
