Objective:The main role is to be responsible for all accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other transactions, and to work with other members to achieve the goal. Key Responsibilities:-Manage monthly/yearly closings, adhering to policy and GAAP.-Reconcile balance sheets for assigned accounts.-Review and process accounts payable vouchers in SAP.-Lead Procure to Pay enhancement project for streamlined processes.-Oversee vendor master registration and tax compliance.-Support healthcare industry data collection and local tax filings.-Assist in audit preparation and intercompany transactions.-Provide analysis for business support.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.-5+ years of accounting and finance experience.-SAP proficiency and strong Excel skills.-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.-Nissho bookkeeping test 2nd grade certification.-Healthcare industry experience pref

Timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of all financial statements and internal reports complying with group requirement, German GAAP and Japan GAAP with updating new accounting and tax rulesEnsure monthly and quarterly closing process and high quality of accounting report packageWell-manage external and internal auditorsManage tax return process and ensure to maximize the benefit of taxationContribute to identify and mitigate accounting processes with best practice solutions and systems
