Job Outline: To provide analytical support to the Sales department by sourcing, creating, developing & implementing data collection & management tools to enhance the sales effectiveness of the field force, identify opportunities & improve sales strategies & outcomes. Providing analysis & insight of data collected to track & monitor performance.Responsibilities: - Maintain up-to-date & accurate knowledge & records of analytic tools and salesforce.com capabilities, along with management requirements, organizational policies & KPI’s- Provide analysis & interpretation of reports to management team. Monthly & YTD Reports including & not limited to Coverage, Frequency, Time Spent, Sales Call rate, Time on Territory- Provide weekly reports to marketing associate outlining sales distribution by rep, by rolling quarter, monthly & YTD; Median retail orders; sales management field reports (not limited to these reports)- Provide guidance in methodolo

・Cash management including incoming and outgoing such as IC payment and monthly vendor paymentetc・Post all necessary entries and provide analysis related to sales and cost・Fixed asset depreciation・Monthly & Yearly book closing and preparation of corporate tax, consumption tax and property tax filing・Report weekly Bank balance report and Liquidity Forecast to Singapore・Support HR such as leave management and prepare of employees’ income & inhabitant tax filing・Administer employee’s files and records in order to ensure accurate computation and payment of socialsecurity insurance and individual local and income tax・Manage leased office equipment contract・Confirm and reimburse employee’s travel expenses・Purchasing office supplies or anything requested by employee in Japan・Any other ad hoc tasks

【職務内容】・グループ各社の経理業務の受託月次締/決算対応（伝票チェック含む）連結パッケージ作成計算書類の作成税務申告・納付（主に、法人税及び消費税）取締役会報告資料、その他経営分析資料の作成・経理業務に係るシェアードサービス機能拡大の構想検討への参画経理業務に係るシェアードサービスのグループ構想検討グループ各社との協議・調整・経理業務受託の際のプロジェクトマネジメント受託スケジュールの策定経理業務受託にあたり、関係者との進行調整

アルツハイマー病Area Environment Manager (AEM)は、アルツハイマー病の環境を理解し、主要なステークホルダー、およびその方々のニーズを把握し、環境構築・改善のためのソリューションをチームワークで開発し、実装する能力が求められます。この役割には、部門横断的な強力なリーダーシップとコミュニケーション能力を発揮できることが必要です。主な責任:• アルツハイマー病の診断フローと環境を理解しマッピングする。• アルツハイマー病の患者の流れと治療経路を理解しマッピングする。• ステークホルダーの主な課題を理解し、ニーズを特定し、そのインサイトを環境構築・改善のためのソリューション構築に活用する。• 社内及び外部パートナーと連携し、環境構築・改善のためのソリューションを構築し、実行する。• 現在および将来の診断に関する制約を理解する。このポジションは、アルツハイマー病のマーケティングチームに報告します。将来のレポートラインは、ビジネスニーズに応じて変更される可能性があります。この役割は、アルツハイマー病に関連するエコシステムの開発と改善を目的としているため、この役職の範囲と期間は、市場の成熟度に応じて将来進化します。
