Consumer Experience and Innovation Team Manager is a core marketing role to build and advance the consumer marketing capability of XXX Affiliate. The position works with internal partners (brand teams, global teams, subject matter experts) as well as external partners (creative agencies, media agencies, tech&health start-ups) as the owner/leader of the project to develop & execute industry-leading and holistic consumer marketing strategies/plans based on deep customer insights understanding. Measuring performance and continuously improving execution through PDCA on an on-going basis is also required.The manager needs deep understanding of customer insights and ability to couple that understanding with brand strategies to develop and execute successful plan/campaigns. What You’ll Do Understand key client business questions and how they will be addressed through qualitative MR. Develop foundational understanding of qualitative market research methods and techniques. Support development of qualitative research discussion guides and stimuli Learn foundational skills in moderation. Moderate qualitative market research (IDIs, TDIs and focus groups) Employ basic market research techniques to build rapport with respondents, facilitate engaging. conversions and uncover insights. Leverage technology during the interview process (scheduling, recording, note taking, sharing stimuli). Support development of deliverables including interview summaries and presentations as an outcome of interviews conducted. Provide support on project fielding set-up, timeline planning, recruitment vendor management. and scheduling Collaborate with project teams as a team member as needed.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop Japan health economics and HTA strategies for pipeline products that may be designated for HTA by C2H.• Oversee the development of submissions and manage the entire submission process for C2H Project management: Select, manage, and support relevant market access agencies to prepare and write HTA submissions and ensure the delivery of quality outputs on time. Effectively communicates status of projects to management and key business partners to keep them informed of project status, budget implications, etc.• Partner with the Global/International Value, Evidence and Outcomes (VEO) function in the development and review of health economic models and associated deliverables (model reports, SLRs, ITCs etc) to ensure they are suitable for the Japan HTA environment.• Represent the Health economics case and respond to queries at C2H expert organization meeting and post-submission questions• Review and monitor competito
