・Work closely with our Japan-based customers and internal teams to lead definition of product strategy including roadmap, features, voice of customer, and high-level plans to meet Japan customer-specific needs.・Train and lead at least 1 senior engineer with the potential for more.Guide / train team on customer’s development processes and necessary technical background.・Serve as voice of Japan customer to internal global organization on product strategy.・Partner with all Japan OEM sales teams (globally) and global platform / product management teams to develop solutions that meet Japan OEM needs as well as other customers’ needs.・Collaborate with PM team to drive technical aspects of pre-development efforts.・Support PM team and Sales Team in leading technical concept proposals for RFQ responses and business cases.・Define the technical solutions to be pre-developed and/or quoted on by the Pre-Development Team.・Support PM team to enable seamles

・Lead and support transducer development on assigned New Product Development projects, through the design team in Suzhou, China or in Novi, MI.・Be the main customer interface, and technical expert for transducer related issues.・Focus on cost, efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement as part of the loudspeaker development.・Lead and support the global Transducer engineering team to design and validate speakers to meet or exceed customer requirements.・Lead and support and in some instances lead transducer design-related problem-solving on a multitude of programs and projects.・Provide technical support on acoustic performance, measurements, durability, and cost at design and feasibility reviews.・Support and review all relevant documentation such as Bills of Material, both us and customer drawings, Simulation data, DFMEA/DRBFM, DVP&R, and all other documentation required to support the development process and customer requirements.・Act

・Be a window person to customers and lead software development for the particular domain and integration on assigned new product development projects, through the global design team.・Derive and extend technical requirements from customer requirements, internal requirements, change requests and system architectural design.・Lead the creation of DFMEA/DRBFM with global development team and present/review them with customer(s).・Develops component design document based on specifications and given SW architecture.・Estimate implementation effort and map requirements/features to releases/milestones.・Track progress of all development activities (complete V-Model) regularly.・Adjust/synchronize planning with overall project schedule/milestones and communicate deviations.・Identify, analyze, manage and report risks.・Review/approve work products e.g. design documents, decisions.・Coordinates software development activities with software project leader.

Currently has around 4000 employees. Office located in Tokyo area.The chosen candidate will be tasked with the following responsibilities:・Create monthly close journal entries・Prepare complete balance sheet and income statement account analyses with detailed explanations.・Handle accounts receivable, fixed assets, and GL accounts.・Assist with internal and external audits.Skills/Competencies:• Bachelor's degree• Sufficient accounting knowledge (3+ years’ accounting experience)• CPA holders are preferred• Strong Excel skills and any ERP system (SAP, Oracle etc)

高機能ポリオレフィン等の均一系触媒開発に係る研究業務をご担当頂きます。＜想定業務例＞・錯体（配位子）の設計と合成・高圧ガス設備を用いたオレフィン重合検討・高分子の構造解析と物性評価＜補足＞触媒の設計技術や高圧反応技術等のスキルを習得できるばかりでなく、基礎検討から工業化・商品化に至る事業化プロセスを経験することができます。
